At the highest sold price of $81 per square foot it would be $156,000.

I assume you have reviewed our property management huntsville  page and have a general understanding of our services and fees. 
 
Looking in the Chadrick neighborhood back to 01.01.11 We found one rented home and two rental listings that were withdrawn without renting.

932 MILLER BLVD is not comparable to your home but rented in August for $1,295 after 76 days on the market. 116 CHADRICK DRIVE and 491 BRENDA DRIVE are better comparisons to your home but didn’t rent at $1,750 and $1,900.
 
Looking outside the neighborhood but within the city of Madiosn we found three rented homes that are similar in size as yours. All were newer homes.

Based on the limited data and given we are in the slower rental season, my best estimate is that the market would bear something in the $1,695 to $1,995 range.
 
There is a balance between waiting for the highest possible rent and loosing potential rent through vacancy. It is often best to begin marketing somewhere near the lower end of the market range.
