Mt. Carmel is a great area. there are three lakes, acess tot the Flint River, a pool and a large playground. The schools that serve the area are great. There is basic shopping within about a mile. Normal commute to downtown is 15 - 20 min. There is nothing obviously wrong with the house or neighborhood, one can just get a lot more house for the money in northeast Madison County than in Madison.
 
105 RUSTYS TERRACE  is in one of my favorite Madiosn neighborhoods. There is a sense of community and the desirable schools re close by. It is near County Line Road a so far uncongested traffic artery so commutes to  Redstone Arsenal and Research Park are easy.
