I searched for sales in the neighborhood in the past year but found none. The link below is to a summary of homes that sold in the Mountain Gap School district since 06/01/10. I included homes that are similar in age and size as the subject property. The highest sold price was $104 per square foot with an average sold price of $79 per square foot. At a list price of $101 psf the subject house is still probably priced above what the market will bear.
