I do like this location. Some friends of ours recently built in a nearby neighborhood. The area is in the county with better schools it is a short commute to the city.

This house is in one of my personal favorite neighborhoods. It is about 4 miles from where we live in one of the most attractive parts of Madison County. The neighborhood has an attractive pool and playground. The neighborhood sits on a ridge above the Flint River. We often take my nine year old son and some of his friends to a picnic area on the river in the neighborhood. They can wade in the river safely. Unless there have been heavy rains, the water is clear. The river has flooded in the past but the neighborhood is located far above flood level. There is nearby shopping and commutes are
