I spent some time searching and found the lease purchase rentals at the link below.

104 FAWN FOREST DRIVE and 105 ARCHERED WAY are in a nice neighborhood in northeast Madison County, nor far from where I live. 109 HICKORY GLEN CIRCLE backs up to a huge horse pasture with a great view. I think it is priced a little high. There were a few more listings that I filtered out on location and two that were listed by a company we need to avoid.

You may want to call the Haley Underwood for a conditional loan approval. Most all buyers will need one before moving forward on a lease purchase.
