I know, like and respect both the builder Dennis Olive and his dad. Dennis suffered financially when our real estate market tanked in 2006 - 2007 but he downsized and survived. He builds a solid, attractive house.
 
The link below is to the data on the high school that serves the house, East Limestone High School. While the data is not favorable, I get mixed reviews from the people I have spoken to.Some really likes the schools while others think that it didn't challenge their children at all.

The house is about 3/4 miles from the nearest flood zone.
 
The link below is to the Google map and street view of the approximate location of the house. I don't see any negative features such as chicken or pig farms or nearby mobile homes. It is within about two miles as the crow fly's from the Limestone Prison. The prison is a low security farm prison. When it first opened there were several escapes but none have been on the news in about nine years. The house is just into Limestone County and about 20 - 30 min. to Redstone Arsenal.
