Hey Phillip I really like 3 of the homes you sent but also included 2 more that I would be interested in. Im going to list them from my favorite to least and see what we can get done on them. #1) MLS# 312361; Address: 149 Mill Creek Crossing for 139,900 this is by far my favorite one and would definately like to do a lease to own if possible. #2) MLS# 618753; Address: 13905 Wyan Dotte Drive for 116,00 #3) MLS# 388906; Address: 150 Roema Drive for 142,000. #5) MLS# 70806: Address: 101 Belle Circle I would love to be able to rent or lease any of these properties until I am able to purchase. Like I said before, I will be returning mid may to beginning of June and really need to find something soon. I put them in order from the properties I would like the most to least besides #4 because there is no interrior pictures. If I can see pictures of the inside it would help me out a little bit more. So if you can, please find out if they are willing to do the lease of rent with option to buy when im able and we can get this ball rolling. Thanks again for all the help and ill be waiting on a response. Haley let me know you are 45 days or so out from being able to purchase.
