I hope you and the kids are doing well. Do you have recent photos of them?

Looking for recent MLS activity in the neighborhood I didn't find any sales and only one listing of a house that is considerably smaller than yours.
 
I searched in a wider area and found the listings at the link below. The average sold price was $74 psf. At that price your 2,850 sf house would be around $210,000.
