The house looks and smells fine. We didn't see any evidence of tenant or pet wear or smells. Jerry did see some places on the chimney where rotten wood was painted over before we were managing the house. There is paint bubbling up. I had the same problem on my house and just had the entire chimney covered in vinyl siding. Huntsville MLS homes for sale real estate 
The tenant went through all the paperwork related to the dishwasher but couldn't find registration forms nor have they received anything in the mail. Jerry did haul off the old dishwasher. As you may recall the new dishwasher was supposed to be delivered, installed and the old one removed but they only got as far as delivering the new unit.
 
Before sending Jerry out to the house we went through troubleshooting with the tenant to make sure there was not a simple problem. Based on what they told us we thought that the problem was a broken spring on the garage door. When Jerry went out he did confirm that one of the springs was broken. He was able to replace the spring and get the door working properly.
