I really can’t say enough good things about Rosenblum Realty and Philip Winburn. I was / am a first time home buyer and had zero experience with buying a home. Philip made me feel right at home, was extremely welcoming of any and all questions and was very knowledgeable of the whole process. From looking at properties to all that is entailed with getting a mortgage and the closing process his excellent advice made all these things so much easier for me and is greatly appreciated.
