There is damage to the siding of the house at the back of the house just to the left of the screened porch up high. The screened porch door is damaged and the back screen door to the master bedroom. The oven is missing it's burner pans and the oven handle is broken.  The knob on one kitchen cabinet is missing. The hall bath has some sort of glue stuck on the shower wall. The landscaping needs trimming and fresh mulch. The carpets need cleaning and the house needs cleaning. The master bathroom has some sort of textured stucco that was slopped onto the light fixtures. There are some switch plates and outlet covers missing. In the front left bedroom there is some sort of board nailed up on the wall. I don't know if it covers a hole or why it is there.
