New Development planned at University Drive / Highway 72 and Jeff Road in Huntsville.
The development will consist of a large upscale 324-unit apartment complex, 130,000 square feet of retail space, restaurants and up to 100,000 square feet of office space. The $50M 85-Acre project is located at the old Monrovia Golf course property and will maintain open (green) space. The first apartments will be ready for occupancy this fall.
