Education and Non-Realty Experience;
I hold degrees in Mechanical Engineering and in Computer Science. I worked a number of years with the Tennessee Valley Authority in Engineering Design and Contracts & Procurement in TVA’s nuclear energy programs. I also worked in TVA’s Energy Conservation & Alternative Energy programs as well as in Public and Distributor relations.
I worked a number of years in commercial insurance, achieving unprecedented production and serving clients in a geographic area normally serviced by two representatives.
I am a published photographer, have had photos broadcast on local news and been interviewed fro stories on Huntsville real estate.
We credit our long-lived success in real estate as God’s blessing and a result of honest, caring business practice. We provide clients data on schools and school trends, market value and market trends, demographics of the general area, commute times and location of shopping and places of worship. We can usually provide satellite images of the property and sometime interactive street level fly through images of a specific property or neighborhood.
Once we focus on a specific property, we research its listing history and search for any negative features in the area.
In a slow real estate market or in areas where supply outweighs demand, we have the flexibility of offering properties as lease-purchase and lease-option sales. We have successfully sold properties that had been on market for over a year and located in areas where properties were not selling at all.
On a personal level I am married with one child at home. My wife Christina and I are active in our church. Christina earned her real estate license in 2006 and has been sucessful in both sales and in our property management division.
I grew up in a west Tennessee ranching and farming community and developed my work ethic and perseverance in that enviroment.

When we accepted a new job in Huntsville at Raytheon, the relocation company assigned us a realtor .
