The link below is to the properties we could find on the east side of the city. Click on the address for a map of the approximate location. The first three houses are in Hampton Cove. The second link is to a map showing the route from Hampton Cove to highway 72. The roads are decent but in some places narrow and at times have lots of traffic.

The next two houses are in the city off of I-565 look for the blue flags at the following link. This is a decent area but the homes are all older. The schools are struggling so long term the area will start to decline.

There are very few choices so we looked in areas you may not have considered. The link below is to three other candidates.

4308 RICHARDSON DRIVE is in an isolated neighborhood neat UAH and I 565. The surrounding neighborhoods aren't great but the immediate area is decent.

415 RHETT AVENUE would be a great option. Its near the parkway with acess to I 565. It's a prestigious address in a well maintained area. We know the listing agent and respect her.

2038 STANFORD DRIVE is in the medical district in a less desirable neighborhood. It's right off Governors Drive near the medical district. Many of the homes in the neighborhood have been upgraded and are showplaces but there are ratty homes there as well.

Please let me know if any property is a strong candidate. We can research it's listing history and comparable rentals. We might be able to shave a few dollars off the rent. We normally don't show other realtors rentals out of time constraints and little compensation but we might be able to work in one or two showings.
