All are older than ten years. At least two are in very poor condition. By dropping the lot size requirement, we found four candidate properties at the link below. I have shown 127 POPULUS DRIVE. It is in very poor condition and has been on the market since last September. Just based on location 220 MARLBORO WAY seems to be the better choice. Huntsville homes for sale real estate MLS search. It is in an established neighborhood where 350 JASMINE DRIVE and 193 SAGEBROOK DRIVE are in neighborhoods where homes may not hold their value as the neighborhood ages.
