I've been calling Citimortgage daily trying to prod things along but haven't made any progress. I called today and the representative said " We haven't gotten any response from teh person handling the file." I got the representative to contact the person handling the file. She did respond that she was looking at the file would review the offers and get back with me.
 
The impression I got was that the person who was reviewing the three offers hadn't even looked at them until my call today.
 
As soon as I get any information I will let you know.
