Thanks for your call and for showing the house today.
 
As I mentioned we already have three offers in on the house. The offers have been in front of the lender, CitiMortgage for about two weeks.
There had been no movement on the offers until today when I received the attached form from the lender. They have asked that anyone submitting an offer complete and submit the form.
 
As far as the offer itself. Use the standard forms. Please include a copy of the earnest money check and proof of funds or a pre-approval letter. The lender also requires an estimated net sheet with the net to them highlighted,
 
If you could please submit your offer, the related documents and an estimated net to seller via email it will speed up my ability to het the offer in front of the lender. If you prefer I can draft the estimated net.
 
Everyone who is submitting an offer on this property is trying to get guidance from me on what to offer. The only way I can be ethical and beyond accusations is to tell everyone that they need to submit their highest and best offer and then be patient. We are at the lender's mercy and have to work within their schedule.
 
I am trying to make the best of a difficult position, one realtor is already accusing me of stalling the process so more offers will come in. This realtor is pressuring me to have his offer accepted quickly.
