Philip’s Notes; The comments below are from a client who recently purchased a house from Japan. The transaction was difficult because of communication, distance and time zone differences. Moving with small children is never easy.  Changing countries at the same
time just makes it that much more complicated.  Philip Winburn made it less
painful.  He helped us buy the house we wanted, in the right neighborhood
for us, at a price we could afford, all while we were still overseas, so we
didn't have to live out of a hotel for a month.

I especially appreciate the fact that even though various "calculators"
would have said we could afford more house than we bought, you never pushed
us to look at more expensive houses than we had already decided were within
our budget.  (Some other realtors just seem to want to sell as much house as
they can, even if that's not what's best for their customers.)

We tried selling on our own and even listed with another Realtor.  We were not able to get the price we needed.   Philip Winburn & Rosenblum Realty were able to negotiate to get us top price in  very short time.
