xxxxxx  is the stated owner. Please note that if the one year right of redemption from the foreclosure date has not expired, a lender will require a redemption bond in order to approve a loan. The last
redemption bond a client of mine purchaser was in the $3,000 range. The bond only protects the lender in the event that the former owner I=or his
assignee redeems the house. The house has been on the market since 09/14/11.
