While the pool might be attractive to some tenants, it may be a negative to others and will present an additional liability. If there are not locking gates on the pool we need to have them added. If a child found his way into the pool you and we could be held liable. I have had owners remove pools just to avoid the liability.

Since you recently had the house listed for sale, I assume you are still interested in selling. We might try offering the house concurrently for rent, for sale and as a lease purchase.
